Handcrafted Variations: Our products (including heritage textiles, natural fiber home decor, and rugs) are authentically handcrafted by regional artisans. Minor variations in color, texture, weaving patterns, and dimensions are inherent characteristics of sustainable, natural crafts and shall not be classified as defects.
Availability: All orders are subject to raw material and artisan availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund or a suitable alternative.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in your selected currency. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes relevant to your country of destination, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We accept various secure payment methods, processed safely via trusted third-party payment gateways.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to market conditions. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted.
4. International Shipping, Delivery & Incoterms
Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated email acknowledging your order details. This acknowledgment does not signify our final acceptance of the order; the purchase contract is finalized when the product is dispatched.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location, product weight, and the selected delivery method.
For international retail and bulk B2B shipments, transactions are typically processed under FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms unless explicitly negotiated otherwise before dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or customs clearance.

B2B buyers must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Any structural damage or quantity discrepancies must be reported to us in writing with photographic evidence within 7 business days of receipt.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal): In compliance with European Union Consumer Protection Laws, retail customers residing within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any justification. This legal right does not apply to custom-made, bespoke, or bulk wholesale artisan orders.
Return Shipping: The financial responsibility and cost of return shipping for international orders lie solely with the customer, unless the delivered item is verified to be faulty, structurally defective, or incorrect.
Refund Processing: Once the returned items are received, inspected, and confirmed to be in their original, unused condition, refunds will be processed and issued within 14 business days via the client ‘s original payment method.

Application at Checkout: Promotional codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be added retroactively after the order has been officially placed.
